• The photo in our header was shot by Rusty Darbonne and shared on his Flickr page.
• The bluesy guitar riff in our open is from the song “Give It All Away” by the Toronto group “Key of Me.” It was shared on PodSafeAudio.com.
• The music in the closing snippit that runs after our videos is from the song “The Real Deal” by David Henderson. It was also shared on PodSafeAudio.com.

Gear

• The Toyota Escaper is a very generous loan from John’s Dad. There’s simply no way we could do this without his help.
• Our super high-end video tripod was a serendipitous and much appreciated loan from a good friend in Boston who knows who he is.

Code

• Maps within posts on the site are generated by the Geo Mashup plugin for WordPress, which saved loads of coding time.
• The homepage uses the fabulous “Featured Content Gallery” plugin, which again probably saved me weeks of hacking at other people’s code to get what we’re looking for.
• The TubePress plugin by Eric D. Hough solved a problem I’d spent days trying to fix on my own.
• Then there’s the Sociable plugin by the delightful Joost de Valk, as well as NextGen Gallery by Alex Rabe.
• The Tabbed Widgets plugin by Kaspars Dambis, though I hacked it within an inch of its life, offers features that probably should be in WordPress core.
• Many other plugins, posts and articles by talented WordPress developers helped immensely. They make little if any money off their work and they’re not thanked enough.
